Prepare to be annoyed.

For those of you who despise the whole "Tebowing" concept, a new phenomenon could soon bug you this football season. It's apparently called "Griffining."

Robert Griffin III was impressive in his first career NFL start for the Redskins on Sunday, and among his many nifty plays was an 88-yard touchdown pass to Pierre Garcon. RGIII actually ended up on the ground after delivering the throw, but he quickly threw his arms up while sitting on the turf. Thus, "Griffining" was born.

We'll have to wait and see whether this fad will catch on like "Tebowing" did. For the world's sake, hopefully it doesn't. Then again, plenty of people are into that sort of thing.

In any event, check out the photos below for a glimpse of "Griffining."
