Vote: Should Bill Belichick Be Fined for Grabbing an Official After the Ravens Game?Bill Belichick's pocket may be getting lighter following Sunday night's loss to the Ravens.

The Patriots' head coach shocked the NFL by running after and grabbing a replacement official on Sunday night after a game that was filled with frustrating calls on both sides. Belichick is unlikely to be suspended for the incident, but will be looking at a fine.

Belichick grabbed the ref searching for an explanation about a controversial field goal that may or may not have cleared the uprights.

Belichick offered an explanation for his actions, saying "I went out, and I was really looking for an explanation from the officials as to whether or not the play was under review, and I did try to get the official's attention as he was coming off the field to ask that, but I really wasn't able to do that."

Though Belichick has been yelling at the replacement refs since the preseason, he also said he meant no harm by grabbing the official.

"I have never meant any disrespect or in any way tried to abuse or be disrespectful to the officials and the job that they do," said Belichick.

Though Belichick's fine hasn't been decided by the league yet, two Broncos coaches were fined for verbally abusing officials in last Monday's game against the Falcons. Head coach John Fox was fined $30,000 while defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio was fined $25,000.

Do you think that Belichick's grab warrants a fine from the league?
