Brad Ausmus, Mike Lowell Among 21 Possible Replacements for Bobby Valentine as Red Sox Manager (Photos)The Red Sox need a new manager. With Bobby Valentine relieved of his duties for 2013, the team has begun a skipper search for the second straight winter.

Free agency once again will be a key issue in Boston, but the Red Sox need to decide on a manager before they consider any player moves. After seeing the disaster season of 2012 play out in what was supposed to be a year of celebration, the 101st season at Fenway Park already has plenty of questions marks.

The biggest question at the moment is who will take over for Valentine as Red Sox manager. Names are being tossed around left and right — but who knows who will be the man for the job?
