Brian Dawkins Sends Eagles Fans Into Frenzy With Electric Entrance at Lincoln Financial Field (Videos)The Eagles squeaked by the Giants on Sunday night, and they may have benefited from an emotional boost provided by one of the organization’s all-time greats.

Safety Brian Dawkins, who played 13 seasons in Philly from 1996-2008, had his No. 20 jersey retired by the Eagles on Sunday. The biggest highlight of the night’s festivities involved Dawkins making his trademark entrance, which sent the Lincoln Financial Field crowd into a frenzy.

Dawkins, an eight-time Pro Bowler, retired prior to this season after a fantastic career that could earn him a spot in the Hall of Fame. He spent the final three years of his career in Denver, but he solidified himself as one of the game’s premier safeties during his time in Philadelphia.

In all likelihood, Dawkins could probably still get it done on the gridiron if he opted to keep playing. At the very least, we know his entrance would still be top-notch.

Check out the videos below, which highlight the electric atmosphere upon Dawkins’ entrance.
