Jon Lester Already Looking Forward to Bouncing Back in 2013 With Help From LL Cool JJon Lester had a forgettable 2012 season to say the very least.

After faltering down the stretch in 2011, many expected the Red Sox left-hander to bounce back in '12, and prove that he was ready to become the ace of the Boston starting rotation.

That didn't happen, though, as Lester struggled all season. He took a no-decision on Wednesday night, ensuring that he finish the season with a subpar 9-14 record. He also finished a with career-worst 4.82 ERA, aided by 13 starts in which the southpaw allowed four or more runs.

His 2012 season is over, and the Sox will end the disappointing campaign on Wednesday in New York. Even with one game to play in 2012, Lester is already looking forward to next season.

He posted this tweet on Wednesday morning.
