Everyone who is a follower of Major League Baseball (@MLB) on Twitter has seen the "About Me" part of their profile. Well, that description changed on Friday night during the one-game playoff between the Atlanta Braves and the St. Louis Cardinals.

With the Braves down three runs in the bottom of the eighth inning, there was an extremely questionable call made by left-field umpire Sam Holbrook. On a ball hit to shallow left by Andrelton Simmons, Cardinals shortstop Pete Kozma drifted back looking to make the play. He and Matt Holliday went towards the ball which ended up dropping to the ground. Holbrook then ruled that it was an infield fly, despite the ball being
well into the outfield and a tough play for either Cardinal.

That sent manager Fredi Gonzalez and all of Atlanta into a frenzy over the call, which caused the game to be delayed and sent into a protest.

MLB's Twitter used to read, "We don't understand the infield fly rule either," but that was quickly taken down after the disputed call.

Take a look at the before and after pictures below to see how MLB tried to save face.
