The NHL lockout hasn’t given hockey fans too much to be happy about, but Ilya Kovalchuk wants to change that with a little help from a boombox and the SKA-St. Petersburg Sisters.

The New Jersey Devils star is currently playing in Russia for the the KHL’s first-place team — technically they are tied with Alex Ovechkin and Dynamo Moscow — and Kovalchuck sits in fourth place with 30 points in 23 games. While he may still playing hockey, every player is in the market for disposable income and throwing out some corny dance moves with some ice girls isn’t the worst way to bring it in.

Kovalchuck makes a few cameos throughout the video, but the best is probably his early 90s homage to the boombox-holding fist pump.
