The NFL announced on Monday that Lions defensive end Ndamukong Suh will not be suspended for his “inadvertent” kick to the groin of Texans quarterback Matt Schaub during Detroit’s Thanksgiving loss to Houston.

Suh has been suspended once in his brief NFL career, following an incident that happened on Thanksgiving 2011. He stomped on the arm of Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith following a brief skirmish, and was suspended two games without pay by commissioner Roger Goodell.

The league decided that the kick was not worthy of a suspension, but will be reviewed for a potential fine. Schaub denounced Suh on Monday, saying that he’s “not Houston-Texan worthy.”
