A dose of familiarity can do a lot of good, especially for faces new and old at Liverpool FC. Viewers can watch this play out this week, as NESN will broadcast episode three of the critically acclaimed series Being: Liverpool at 6:30 p.m. ET on Nov. 15.

From the producers of the award-winning HBO series 24/7, Being: Liverpool gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the world’s most historic soccer club as it gears up for the 2012-13 season.

Watch LFC manager Brendan Rodgers welcome one of his former protegees, Joe Allen,  to the club. Rodgers greets “the Welsh Xavi” when he walks through the doors at Melwood.

Uruguayans Luis Suarez and Sebastian Coates meet up with Brazilian Lucas Leiva for a family game of monopoly and much more. See the bond between members of Liverpool’s South American contingent, as they adjust to living and working a half a world away from home.

Also see highlights of the preseason friendly against German club Bayer Leverkusen at Anfield, and gauge the mood of the team as it readies itself for its Premier League opener.

Tune in to NESN on Thursday, Nov. 15, at 6:30 p.m. to see episode three of Being: Liverpool.
