Vote: Which Offensive Free Agent Would You Most Like the Red Sox to Acquire?

While there have already been a couple major trades during Major League Baseball’s offseason, most of the action is yet to get started.

The free-agent market, in particular, seems to be waiting for the first shot to be fired, with no major names yet to leave the board — unless you could Evan Longoria‘s just-signed extension with the Tampa Bay Rays. But the big boys like Zack Greinke, Josh Hamilton and Michael Bourn are very much still out there.

After having lightened its financial load last August, the Red Sox are in a good position to dive into this year’s free-agent class head first. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they will make any big moves, but they certainly have the ability to if they see a fit.

Among free agents Boston could potentially go after, the most bandied- about names include Hamilton, Mike Napoli, Nick Swisher, B.J. Upton and Cody Ross. Napoli and Swisher have thus far been the closest connected to the Red Sox, with Swisher reportedly in ongoing talks with the club, and Napoli having recently visited Boston to talk business. Ross, too, is certainly on the mind of many in Red Sox Nation.

So among the five offensive free agents mentioned above, who would you most like to see the Red Sox go out and bring back to Fenway?
