Baseball’s winter meetings are in full swing, but it’s not necessarily the deals that are drawing the most attention in Nashville.
Instead, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, site of the winter meetings, is stealing the show as best as it can, thanks to its spacious beauty and breathtaking holiday decorations. Looking at times more like a theme park than a business convention center, the hotel has been a topic of discussion for the many players, agents, reporters and teams in attendance.
At the end of the day, the 32 MLB teams are all in Nashville with the end goal of bettering their team and giving themselves a chance to make a run at next year’s World Series. It probably doesn’t hurt that they get to do that in one of the nicest hotels you’ll ever see.
