Tony RomoWho will get the top seed in the AFC? Which teams will make the NFC playoffs?

Those are just two of the burning questions for football fans entering Week 17, as teams get one more game to lay everything on the line in the hopes of some time soon raising the Lombardi Trophy.

The most drama lies in the NFC, when only the Atlanta Falcons have clinched their No.1 seed, and the Cowboys and Redskins face off in a winner-take-all matchup for the NFC East crown on Sunday night. Luckily, we’ve compiled a handy guide of all the possibilities for Sunday’s games.
