Much of what the holidays are about is remembering those less fortunate, and the Patriots find a way to give back every season.
After beating the Texans on Monday, the Pats welcomed 250 youths from Salvation Army community centers and shelter to Gillette Stadium on Tuesday for some friendly competition. It was all part of the Patriots’ 19th annual Children’s Holiday Party, and it gave the kids a chance to go head-to-head in games with some of their favorite players — or wrap them up in wrapping paper.
