As information continues to filter out about the events surrounding last week’s murder-suicide involving Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher, the Kansas City Police Department has released two videos.

The first video shows police talking with Belcher on Friday night, the day before the shootings. Belcher was asleep in his car that night outside the home of his “other girlfriend,” according to police reports. In the video, police find Belcher asleep in his car, talk with him for a few minutes and ask him to go inside, which he eventually does.

The second video is of Saturday morning, as officers respond to reports of a shooter at Arrowhead Stadium.

“I’ve got a sighting from afar, it looks like they’re in a negotiation,” the officer says after he arrives at the team’s practice facility. “… I need a rifle ASAP. I’m at the south side. I’m at the main entrance, trying to sneak up on foot.”

The video cuts out soon after the police officer arrives at the practice facility and leaves his car to find Belcher.

While police reports released earlier this week have provided most of the information about the death of Belcher and his girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins, the videos show what the incidents actually looked like. Watch them below.
