Zdeno CharaThe tide had turned in Beantown to make the Stanley Cup Final a real series after four games. With the series shifting back to Vancouver for a pivotal Game 5, the Canucks were praying that their home arena would be an escape from the beatdowns they left behind in Boston.

While the goals had come early and often at the TD Garden, with this change of venue came a slight change of pace, as well. The Bruins weren’t able to enjoy the same success against Roberto Luongo as they had in the previous two games, and the Canucks no longer looked like the hapless souls who had been outscored 12-1 in the previous two games.

Tune in at 8 p.m. on Thursday for all the action, and be sure to join the conversation on social media by using the #Bruins2011 hashtag during the broadcast. Also, keep an eye out for more upcoming NESN broadcasts of games from the Bruins’ historic Stanley Cup run.
