Under new management, it appears the Cleveland Browns are starting anew.
The Browns will fire head coach Pat Shurmur and general manager Tom Heckert on Monday, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The decision has already been made by new owner Jimmy Haslam and new CEO Joe Banner.
Heckert took over player personnel in 2010, and the team has gone 14-33 since. Shurmur was hired as head coach in 2011, and the Browns have gone 9-22 during that two-year span.
The Browns have been linked to Michael Lombardi at general manager and Chip Kelly, Nick Saban and Josh McDaniels at head coach. Banner previously worked with the Eagles from 1994-2012.
