So, on Dec. 12, 2012 — 12/12/12, for you keeping track at home — it’s obvious that TB12 jumps to the forefront of many a sports fan’s mind.
However, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback is far from the only big name to ever wear No. 12. In fact, he’s not even the only quarterback to win a Super Bowl wearing that number.
While QBs seem to represent a disproportionate number of famous athletes to wear No. 12, plenty of others in different sports have donned a jersey with that number. While Brady might someday be the greatest to rock the number, he’s certainly going to have some serious company on that list when all is said and done.
