Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen already produced a future quarterback two years ago in baby Benjamin, so it was time to add a supermodel to the family.
Brady and Bundchen welcomed a baby girl named Vivian to the world on Thursday night. It’s the couple’s second child, and Brady’s third, as the Patriots quarterback also has a 5-year-old son, John, with actress Bridget Moynahan.
Brady and Bundchen confirmed back in August that they were expecting, and anticipation for the baby’s arrival had been building in recent days. In typical Tommy Touchdowns fashion, however, Brady has been calm, cool and collected every step of the way.
“I don’t have to do too much work at home, so I just kind of focus on my job here and what I need to do and my preparation and making sure I’m doing everything I need to do to be prepared for Monday night,” Brady said earlier in the week.
It’s probably a good thing that Brady is focused on the AFC’s top-seeded Texans, as they could pose the biggest threat to the Patriots’ Super Bowl aspirations. Still, it’s not every day you make an addition to the family, so hopefully the New England signal caller takes some time to enjoy this moment in the coming days.
Tom Brady: Family Man.
Joe Thomas, he can have his opinions all he wants. It’s kind of like a crazy ex-girlfriend, you know? It’s been over a year. Get over it.
–Chiefs running back Peyton Hillis, who apparently isn’t a fan of some criticism from his former teammate
A Tim Couch joke. Excellent.
A nickname like Johnny Football to highlight one’s skills isn’t new. Think of Donny Baseball, Mr. Hockey, and Tim Couch, just to name a few.

A lockout isn’t going to stop these guys.
