New York Rangers fans may prefer Henrik Lundqvist in net. Short of that, with hockey still a week away, they likely enjoyed seeing him wearing a jersey in a different kind of action.

Lundqvist popped up on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Friday night to celebrate the return of the NHL season and showed once again how he is a multitalented man, providing some nice guitar work on “Sweet Child o’ Mine” by Guns N’ Roses. He did it while wearing a Rangers jersey and a guitar that looked like it could double as one of those psychedelic hockey masks, so that has to count for something.
