That’s what Paul Pierce faced on Sunday when ABC’s Doris Burke informed him that Rajon Rondo was diagnosed with an ACL tear. The look on Pierce’s face told the entire story, as he likely had the Celtics’ season and his future with the organization flashing before his eyes.
