Ken WhisenhuntIt seems that all the latest coaching rumors are centered around the state of Arizona.

While Andy Reid could be close to signing with the Cardinals, and top coaching candidate Chip Kelly will be leading Oregon against Kansas State in the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, the Bills will be meeting with former Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt on Tuesday night, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports. After talking to Whisenhunt, they will interview Arizona defensive coordinator Ray Horton, and they could meet with Kelly while in the Southwest as well.

The Bills went 6-10 in 2012. They were expected to fare better after spending big bucks over the offseason on defenders Mario Williams and Mark Anderson.

Earlier on Tuesday, it was widely reported that CEO Russ Brandon would take over as the Bills president, and general manager Buddy Nix will be phased out in favor of assistant general manager Doug Whaley. Brandon will be in charge of hiring Buffalo’s new head coach.
