Ashlee Arnau Teaches Front-Flip Halfcourt Shot To Harlem Globetrotter Firefly Fisher (Video)

William Carey University cheerleader Ashlee Arnau wowed her home crowd and YouTube viewers around the world when she nailed a soccer-throw-in style, front-flip shot from halfcourt during halftime of a game on Thursday. The shot was so impressive that she spent time the next day teaching it to a Harlem Globetrotter.

That’s right, Firefly Fisher, a member of the greatest trick-shot basketball team of all time, was taking lessons from a college cheerleader. Arnau, who also plays soccer at William Carey, sank her unique halfcourt heave a second time with Fisher at Southern Mississippi University’s Reed Green Coliseum, and will try it yet again during the Globetrotters’ game at the arena next Wednesday.
