Poker fans in New England are fortunate to have one of the best casinos in the world in their backyard. Later this month, they’ll be able to watch the best poker players in the world compete right here on NESN.
The 2012 DeepStacks Poker Tour Mohegan Sun National Championship will air on NESN for five straight days starting on Feb. 20 at 8 p.m. ET.
Pros include Mike Matusow, Michael “The Grinder“ Mizrachi, Tristan Wade, Vanessa Selbst and Victor Ramdin to name a few.
Season 2 began in South Florida at the Isle Casino on Jan. 28 and will consist of 10-12 stops in places such as Florida, Connecticut, Oregon, Aruba, California and Barcelona, Spain. More than 250 players played the main event, with first place raking in more than $160,000.
