Calling customer service can be a nightmare at times, but when a friendly voice like the RemDawg, Don Orsillo or Jenny Dell picks up the other line, it might not be so bad. The NESN crew stopped by Comcast offices in Connecticut on Wednesday, where they helped answer phones and lend some technical support.
