One of skiing’s biggest stars might be in trouble on the first day of the World Championships.

Lindsey Vonn has been airlifted to a hospital from the mountain in Schladming, Austria after suffering a crash on Tuesday, according to Ski Racing Magazine. The two-time Olympic medalist was taken to a nearby hospital, where she will undergo X-rays. Doctors on the scene suspect that she may have sustained a tibial plateau fracture, a break in the leg bone near her knee and shin.

In a blog post for the Denver Post, Vonn expressed some concern about the ski conditions, noting that snow on Sunday and rain on Monday had prevented competitors from practicing on the mountain before the women’s super G scheduled for Tuesday.

“None of our staff has been on the hill,” she wrote. “We don’t know what shape the hill is in. We don’t know anything about it.”

This marks the second crash in recent months for Vonn, after she also wiped out during the 2012 World Cup. That video is visible here.
