Richard Sherman Asks Bourbon Street Who’s Better Shutdown Corner, He or Darrelle Revis (Video)

For years, Darrelle Revis has been considered the best shutdown cornerback in the NFL, but after tearing his ACL three weeks into the season, he may have to fight to regain that title.

Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman may have been a Pro-Bowl snub, but the first-team All-Pro picked off eight passes this year and allowed just a 44.9 quarterback rating against this season. He allowed 44 receptions on 99 targets for 697 yards and three touchdowns.

While his play on the field speaks for itself, Sherman is also known for his trash talk on and off the field — notably directed at Tom Brady. After tweeting that he was better than Revis last week, Sherman took to Bourbon Street in New Orleans to see what fans had to say on the matter. Things get especially awkward when a 49ers fan calls the Seahawk “fat and slow,” not knowing that he’s speaking to that “fat and slow” football player.
