Trevor Bauer Releases Rap Song, Sounds Pretty Much How You Might Expect It to Sound (Audio)

Trevor BauerTrevor Bauer is a professional baseball player. He’s good at playing baseball. He’s not a professional rapper. He apparently thinks he’s good at rapping.

The Cleveland Indians prospect has released a rap song, and it is, well, interesting. The track is titled “You Don’t Know Me,” and it is all about, well, people not knowing him. According to the blog Waiting for Next Year, the track was recorded in December, but it wasn’t released until Wednesday.

That just so happens to come a couple of days after former Arizona Diamondbacks teammate Miguel Montero publicly criticized Bauer for being stubborn and thinking that he knows everything. Some were speculating that the track was aimed at Montero, but that might not be the case given the timeline we now know.
