Where Will the Red Sox Equipment Truck Stop Before Arriving in Fort Myers for Spring Training?

It is nearly 1,500 miles from Fenway Park to the team’s spring training facility in Fort Myers, but only if you take the fastest route.

With the Red Sox equipment truck heading south, with some time to spare until pitchers and catchers report, it might be a good idea to take a couple detours to take in the sights. After all, a road trip isn’t a road trip without some unexpected stops and hijinks aplenty.

We want to see your creativity at work. Send us your best altered images with where you think the team’s truck should stop to photos@nesn.com and be sure to include “Truck Day Photochop” in the subject line. You can also tweet at NESN’s Twitter account with the hashtag #NESNtruckday. The best ones will be spotlighted in a photo gallery on NESN.com.

Here’s one example, with the truck making a stop in Radiator Springs to see some old friends.

Or another, with the truck stopping at the Super Bowl parade in Baltimore in case some championship luck rubs off.
