It hasn’t even been a full 24 hours into free agency but things aren’t looking good for Patriots fans hoping to see Wes Welker catch Tom Brady‘s passes in 2013.
Albert Breer is reporting that the Patriots’ offer to Welker “came in substantially lower than expected,” and he’s just about ready to check on other options.
