BuccaneersEditor’s note: As part of NFL’s Greatest Quarterback, fans will decide the best QB in each team’s history. Trent Dilfer was included in the Ravens’ vote.

Doug Williams: Williams may be best known for his Super Bowl championship and MVP with the Redskins, but the quarterback’s best regular-season years were spent with the Buccaneers. Williams went 33-33-1 in five seasons with Tampa Bay and threw for 12,648 yards, 100 touchdowns and 93 interceptions.

Williams led the Bucs to the playoffs three times. In 1979, they lost in the NFC Championship Game to the Rams 9-0. Williams was the only starting African-American quarterback in the NFL at the time.

Steve DeBerg: DeBerg spent 17 years in the NFL, a number that matched what he wore on his uniform his entire career. The Buccaneers didn’t experience much success during DeBerg’s time there, as he led them to a 8-29 record.

DeBerg threw for 9,439 yards with 61 touchdowns and 62 interceptions during his six years with Tampa Bay.

Vinny Testaverde: Testaverde is the leading passer in Buccaneers franchise history. He played with Tampa Bay for six years and led them to a 24-48 record.

Testaverde’s best season with the Buccaneers came in 1990, when he led the team to a 6-7 record. He passed for 2,818 yards with 17 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. He was a two-time Pro Bowler, but those seasons came with the Ravens and Jets.

Brad Johnson: Johnson led the Buccaneers to their lone Super Bowl championship. That season, 2002, Johnson threw for 3,049 yards with 22 touchdowns and just six interceptions. He made his second Pro Bowl that year.

During his four-year career with Tampa Bay, Johnson led the Bucs to a 26-23 record. He threw for 10,940 yards, 64 touchdowns and 41 interceptions.
