Vote: Who Is the Greatest Quarterback in NFC History?

NFCEditor’s note: As part of NFL’s Greatest Quarterback, fans will decide the best quarterback in team, division, conference and league history.

Now that Tom Brady has been voted greatest quarterback in AFC history, it’s time to determine the best of the NFC to set up the vote for the NFL’s greatest quarterback.

Roger Staubach made it out of the NFC East, beating out Sammy Baugh, Y.A. Tittle and Randall Cunningham with 62.53 percent of the vote. Staubach won out over Troy Aikman, Don Meredith and Danny White as the best of the Cowboys.

Bart Starr beat Fran Tarkenton, Bobby Layne and Sid Luckman with 72.48 percent. Starr had tough competition on the Packers as he beat Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers and Arnie Herber with 43.79 percent of the vote.

Drew Brees beat Jake Delhomme, Matt Ryan and Brad Johnson in the NFC South. That was after the New Orleans quarterback took down Aaron Brooks, Archie Manning and Bobby Hebert to be named the Saints’ greatest quarterback.

Finally, Joe Montana took down Matt Hasselbeck, Kurt Warner and Paul Christman in the NFC West. Montana beat Steve Young, Jeff Garcia and John Brodie for the 49ers.

Now you must vote between Staubach, Starr, Brees and Montana to face off against Brady. Who’s the best in NFC history?
