Guan Tianlang may be the youngest golfer ever to compete in The Masters, but that doesn’t mean the officials at Augusta are going to take it easy on the youngster.

The 14-year-old was given a one-stroke penalty for slow play at the 17th hole — a penalty that hasn’t been handed out on a PGA Tour since 1995 — and is now dangerously close to the cut line.
