Bulgarian Soccer Coach Antoni Zdravkov Goes Berserk, Tries to Rip Up Referee’s Cards (Video)

Antoni Zdravkov apparently has no time for anger management.

The head coach of the Bulgarian soccer club Botev Vratsa turned raging at a referee into high art when he stole the official’s cards, tried to tear them up and threw them on the ground when they didn’t cooperate.

Zdravkov was so incensed because the referee had sent off one of his players and awarded opponent CSKA Sofia a penalty. The game was only in the 18th minute when the fireworks began. The referee noticed that Zdravkov was angry at the call and he initially tried to calm him down.

But Zdravkov’s team is battling relegation, and the mad Bulgarian doesn’t tolerate (perceived) injustice. He screamed at anyone who would listen — even a police officer who was on hand.

For what it’s worth, CSKA beat Zdravkov’s Botev Vratsa 4-3. Watch Zdravkov erupt in the video below.
