BOSTON — The Bruins, their staff and their fans could be seen Saturday morning wearing “Boston Strong” T-shirts through TD Garden in advance of the B’s matinee tilt with the Penguins. Those playing for and rooting for the home team weren’t alone in showing their support for the city in light of this week’s events.
Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma donned the “Boston Strong” T-shirt to his pregame media availability a couple of hours before things got underway at the Garden. Meanwhile, members of the Penguins also wore the same shirt, which is being sold at the Bruins pro shop with all proceeds going to The One Fund.
