The Red Sox are giving Mike Napoli a bit of a rest on Sunday.

Napoli will DH for the Red Sox while Daniel Nava gets his first big league start at first base. Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Jose Iglesias return to the lineup batting seventh and ninth respectively.

Iglesias was given a planned day off on Saturday, though it likely didn’t hurt the decision to rest the rookie shortstop after he took a pitch off his forearm on Friday night. Jose Bautista is out of the lineup for the Blue Jays  for the third straight day with an ankle injury.
