Kobe Bryant, John SalmonsKobe Bryant never sets out to make friends with anything he says or tweets, but the Lakers guard chimed in Monday with a comment everyone should agree with.

Bryant took to Twitter to send well wishes to Louisville’s Kevin Ware, who suffered a gruesome broken leg during the Cardinals’ win over Duke in the Elite Eight. The sentiment was nice. There was only one problem. Bryant directed his tweet at the fake account that popped up Sunday evening.

A few of Bryant’s 1.8 million followers immediately informed him of the mistake. Bryant deleted the tweet, but he left off with some harsh words to whoever is behind the phony account.

Ware would probably appreciate a phone call from the five-time NBA champ. Send along our thoughts as well, Mamba.
