Dion JordanThe NFL draft is just over three weeks away and the Chiefs still haven’t decided who they’re going to choose No. 1 overall.

The team is deciding between defensive end/outside linebacker Dion Jordan and offensive tackles Luke Joeckel and Eric Fisher, according to Russ Lande of the National Football Post. Lande is a former scout for the Rams and Browns. He’s currently the college scouting director for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.

There were reports on Tuesday that the Chiefs were deciding between four players, which likely included Geno Smith, since he was in town for a visit, but Lande refuted those reports saying it was down to just three players.

Kansas City already has Tamba Hali and Justin Houston in their two pass rushing roles. They cut offensive tackle Eric Winston before free agency started, and they still may trade Branden Albert, who they slapped with the franchise tag.
