It appears that Mike Brown will have a second go-around with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Brown, who started his NBA head coaching career with the Cavs in 2005, was reported to be intrigued with the possibility of reuniting with his old team and now has reportedly agreed to a five-year contract worth $20 million with a team option to buy out the fifth year, according to Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
In his previous stint with the Cavs, Brown posted a record of 272-138. The 2009 NBA Coach of the Year, who was relieved coaching duties on Nov. 9 by the Los Angeles Lakers, was owner to a 42-29 record during his short time in Hollywood.
