‘Sweet Caroline’ Played at Ballparks Across Country as Baseball Pays Tribute to Boston Marathon Tragedy (Video)

On Tuesday, the New York Yankees paid their respects to Boston and the recent tragedy by playing Neil Diamond‘s “Sweet Caroline” between innings, mirroring the Fenway Park tradition. However, New York certainly wasn’t the only team to pay tribute in the same manner.

At least seven other Major League Baseball teams played the song during their home games Tuesday. So, it seems there was a little bit of Fenway Park all around baseball, as Boston was certainly on the mind of many Americans.
