Vancouver Canucks Goalie, Boston College Alumnus Cory Schneider Writes ‘Pray for Boston’ on Stick (Photo)

The outpouring of emotion toward Boston continued Tuesday night, where rival goaltender Cory Schneider sent his thoughts to Beantown all the way from Vancouver.

The current Canucks goalie and former Boston College Eagle wrote a special message on his goalie stick before his game Tuesday, asking others to “Pray for Boston.” The Canucks then tweeted a picture of Schneider writing down his message along with the finished product.

Schneider is the second NHLer with Boston ties to send a message to Boston, joining Phoenix Coyotes defenseman Keith Yandle, who hails from Milton, Mass. Check out the photos of Schneider below.
