Wade Redden Is the Current Bruin That Had the Best Plus-Minus Rating in the 2005-06 Season

Bruins defenseman Wade Redden led the NHL back in 2005-06 with a plus-minus rating of plus-35 that season with Ottawa. Redden was tied with Michal Rozsival of the New York Rangers for the league lead.

The plus-35 rating still stands as the best of Redden’s career. His best mark since has been a plus-11 back in 2007-08.

The Boston Bruins are no strangers to winning the plus-minus award. Back in 2008-09, David Krejci won the award with a plus-37. Zdeno Chara led the league in 2010-11 with a plus-33 and Patrice Bergeron took home the honors last season with a plus-36.
