The Toronto Blue Jays’ Munenori Kawasaki may not be having a memorable season with the bat, but that’s not to say that Kawasaki, himself, isn’t a memorable guy.

The Japanese-born shortstop has long been known among the more outgoing players in the game. Last season, he was spotted showing off some sweet dance moves while with the Mariners, and that wasn’t even the first time he had done his best Michael Jackson impression.

On Sunday, Kawasaki ended up as the big hero in the Jays’ 6-5 win over the Orioles. With Toronto heading to their last at-bat down 5-2, the team rallied, with Kawasaki coming up with the two-out, walk-off double.

After the game, Mark DeRosa was tabbed for the postgame interview, but he quickly gave way to the game’s real star. Kawasaki doesn’t appear to know much English, but sometimes language just gets in the way of communication.
