Deron Williams, Jordan CrawfordJordan Crawford is not telling anybody what he said to Carmelo Anthony after Game 5 that sparked a minor scuffle at midcourt. Crawford is more than willing to tell everyone what he did not say, though.

Crawford took to Twitter on Thursday to defend his role in an altercation between him, Anthony and a few other members of the Celtics and Knicks on the court at Madison Square Garden. A few amateur lip-readers believe Crawford made a crack about Anthony’s wife, as Kevin Garnett allegedly did in a game during the regular season.

No so, tweets Crawford.

Whatever Crawford did or did not say, the exchange has added to what was already a contentious series. Strap in for Game 6.
