The Mets are usually the focus of more lowlights than highlights, but Daniel Murphy‘s latest contribution to the blogosphere probably falls somewhere in between.
During Thursday’s game, Murphy blasted a pitch to right field at Busch Stadium and watched as it landed over the fence … for a double. The reason? The ball didn’t go over the fence — it went through it.
