Aaron Dobson is the Patriots’ next great hope at wide receiver, and so far he’s saying all the right things.

Dobson has spent some time working with Tom Brady in recent weeks, catching passes and learning from the two-time NFL MVP during the team’s voluntary organized team activities. The rookie wideout praised his new quarterback, during a recent interview with SB Nation.

“He’s a great quarterback,” Dobson said. “[He’s] one of the best quarterbacks to play the game. So, it’s exciting to be on the same team as him.”

As for the Patriots’ fast-paced offense, Dobson doesn’t see it as too much of a challenge for him. He says that his experience in Marshall’s  up-tempo system prepared him plenty for what he’ll experience in New England.

“I think I am ready for that,” Dobson said. “At Marshall, we ran a lot of plays almost high 90 plays a game. So, we ran a lot of plays. I think that kind of got me prepared for that.”

Dobson also talked about his growing relationship with Bill Belichick, his newfound appreciation for watching film and even noted his celebrity crush.
