Aaron Hernandez was arrested by police on Wednesday morning.
Hernandez was shown being escorted out of his North Attleboro home by police on a live feed from NFL Network around 8:46 a.m. Wednesday. He was taken to the North Attleboro police station immediately after the arrest, according to reports.
Hernandez was arrested in connection with the murder of an “associate,” Odin Lloyd, whose body was found June 17. Police questioned Hernandez and searched his home twice during the past week, taking only a few bags of evidence away with them.
Hernandez has not been charged yet, according to reports. He is expected to be arraigned Wednesday.
