Maybe in an alternate universe Brian Scalabrine could make the cover of NBA 2K14 over LeBron James. It seems that alternate universe is in Scalabrine’s head.
James was given the honor of appearing on his first video game cover on Thursday when it was announced that he would grace the cover of the newest installment of the NBA 2K video game series. It makes sense given the fact that James is the reigning MVP and the best player in the NBA.
Scalabrine decided to give fans another option. The retired Celtic tweeted a photo of an alternate cover — one with his face on it — “for all the C’s fans.” Check it out in the photo below.
