David Ortiz Smashes Three-Run Homer to Give Red Sox Walk-Off Win Over Rangers (Video)

Walking somebody to bring up David Ortiz — that just sounds wrong.

Ortiz made it look wrong, too, on Thursday night. After seeing Dustin Pedroia intentionally walked in front of him, Ortiz walloped the first pitch he saw in the bottom of the ninth inning into the Rangers’ bullpen. The jack scored three runs and gave Boston a 6-3 win after the team had trailed for most of the night.
