Jacoby Ellsbury ‘Sets Table,’ ‘Does Little Things’ to Set Red Sox Offense Up for Success (Video)

The Red Sox offense has come alive since beginning a nine-game homestand on Tuesday, hanging 16 runs on the Rockies in two games.

Leadoff man Jacoby Ellsbury has been doing his job well and is now hitting .387 in his last 24 games. Ellsbury set the table with a leadoff hit on Wednesday, and the hits kept pouring in for the Red Sox as they scored three runs in the first inning and went on to capture a 5-3 win over Colorado.
