In 2010, when the Chicago Blackhawks last won the Stanley Cup, head coach Joel Quennville‘s house was covered in toilet paper. Now it seems that act of sanctioned vandalism is becoming a tradition when the Hawks come out on top of the NHL.
For the record, no, it isn’t bitter Bruins fans who covered Quennville’s front yard in TP. Blackhawks fans were the ones doing the act as part of their post-Cup celebration in the pictures that emerged Tuesday. Moreover, Quennville seems to be OK with the whole thing, as he was seen mingling outside his home with passersby the next day and even signed some autographs.
